There are 2 double rooms (15 m2each) and 1 quadruple room. Rooms are equipped with twin beds that can be pushed together, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen (dining room). Lavatory and bathroom, both of European standard are on the ground.
- We provide bed clothes and towels.
- Wi-Fi is free in all the building.
- There is a luggage storage.

- There is a possibility of renting a dryer
- There is a outdoor seating in the garden
It is a non-smokers utility with a smoking area outside the house.

Adult: 10 EUR per person / night
Children under 6 years of age: € 2.50 child / night
Fee for using laundry € 2.50
Accommodation must be paid only in cash immediately after the first day of arrival. A key deposit also has to be paid 20 GEL/10 EUR (refundable upon departure after handing keys).
If you stay 4 or more persons, no more beds are then occupied and you will have absolute privacy.
It is necessary to accommodate during the operation time of the Daily Centre for seniors, i.e. from 10.00 to 17.00.
In exceptional cases it is possible to arrange accommodation outside this period.
The check-out is until 12:00.
